Is Sailing Safe? Is It Safe For Young Children?

Sailing generally is safe. Like other water sports when dealing with the sea there is always an element of risk involved. Captain and crews are there to ensure the safety of the boat and guests, they will do a safety briefing to everyone on board before sailing is launched.

How To Prevent Seasickness?

We recommend that you bring seasickness tablets with you, and take as a preventative before departure. Look at the horizon when you are on the boat. Do not stay in the cabin or salon. Stay on the deck or in the cockpit.

Payment And Refund

A deposit of 50% of the price is required to be sent to confirm the booking. Payment of the balance must be made 30 days before the sailing date. The cancellation will apply if any cancellation notice is received more than 30 days before the sailing date.

Cancellation By Pirate&Captain For Other Reasons

Pirate&Captain Sailing reserves the right to cancel a trip for reasons that are unavoidable (e.g. natural disasters, etc.)and will inform the customer at the earliest possible date.

Is Smoking Allowed On Board?

As per safety regulations, smoking on board is prohibited.
